bad customer service no feedback

i purchased an ebook which i cannot use due to their very unfriendly methods to be able to read the ebook on my pc and/ or tablet. when i finally gave up trying to figure it out by myself i decided to contact there unhelpful no responsive call centre which they themselves dont have any answers too queries other than reading off their screen to TRY and resolve issues they think will help. there is no direct line to be able to resolve technical issues and when finally getting through they still cannot help. they dont care about customer service as they too busy taking alot of your money...!!
