Bad Customer Service, No contact number, rejecting bad review

I placed an order for 2 camping chairs, the chairs was advertised with head cushions and side trays but was delivered without them, When i tried to contact Takealot i realized they don't have a telephone number available, i contacted them via there website , the reply by mail and promise to get back to me, which they never did. I wrote a bad review on the product on there web site and they simple rejected it, therefore do not believe the reviews on there web site
