Bad customer service from the delivery guy

I am really really annoyed and angry. I saw on the Takealot app that my order is going to be delivered before 17h00 on the 15nth May 2026, which is today. At around 15:30 I got missed calls from snobby snowberry on this number +27 (73) ***. I was at a workshop and didn’t hear my phone ring. As soon as I saw the missed calls, like within 3 minutes, I then called back. The guy was extremely rude towards me. Telling me he called when he was around my area and now he won’t go back because he has many other orders. I told him he was being unreasonable because he could have at least called when he was on his way to my area to allow me time in case I can’t hear the phone. I then tried to explain that I am at the workshop and he responded by saying he is also at work. He even hanged up the phone while I was still talking to him 😂…I am fuming. Bad customer service‼️ I mean it’s not like I will be having my eyes staring at my phone the entire time of the day
