Bad customer service from takealot.com

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent delivery service provided by takealot.com. My order was supposed to be delivered on 08 August 2023, but I have yet to receive it, and the lack of communication and assistance from takealot has only exacerbated my dissatisfaction.

I placed this order with the expectation that I would receive it in a timely manner, as stated during the checkout process. I haven't yet got any message from them regard when they will deliver my order.
