Bad customer service from takealot.com

I will not advise anyone to buy a mobile device on Takealot, I bought a phone for my niece, the camera was not working and we returned the phone, package was inspected and taken in. few days later we get a call saying the phone is missing earphones and we informed them that everything was in the package and the lady on the phone says ok we must just double check at home (this was sunday the 13th of sept 2020) days after the phone was taken in, today Sept 15 we received the phone back, not fixed, no explanation just a simple message that states "rejected"

Very Bad customer service.
