BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT

I have bought a maybeline sky high mascara from takealot,,,,,,ya literallly takealot all my mascara. The product is faulty I suggested maybe from a wrong batch because it broke of my lashes.

I have send it back literally 4 days after receiving it and tried out the product twice, same happened again. NOW TAKEALOT does not want to return the product and they say it has been opened yes off cause it was opened and tried, but gave me more damage than anything else.
