Bad customer service from delivery call center

Takealot delivery call center is useless been trying to get the update to update my contact details for my delivery they keep call my old number while I called them Friday asking them to change the contact number and I called again today since form 8 am and been told they can’t reach the branch or the driver and only after 4 I check on the app my order couldn’t be delivered as I was unavailable, they services is bad
