Bad customer service follow ups and returns

Bought a smart watch from them. Received the watch in bubble wrap. I returned the watch and they declined my refund because I broke the seal. I told them how i received the watch and they responsed they would look into it. I followed up and good few times and no response. the watch was returned to me. I called them and told them to look at the cameras of the picker and see how i received the watch. I do not want the watch I just want a refund. The response from the returns department is shocking.
