BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

COME ON TAKEALOT ,WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE Please assist in a credit on the grounds that we were away during the holiday season and only found out when we returned that the batteries do not work ,as well in the light that I have spend over R60 000 at Takealot and Superbalist over the holiday season and the return was only a day or two late .

If you have any further problems with the credit I will escelate to the highest person in charge ,as I am a very loyal and big customer and believe in customer service outranks any policy ,and it is a voucher that means the business will come back again ,if you treat this issue right.
