Bad customer service
It haa been 7 weeks since I returned my broken Iron for exchange. No one contacted me, no exchange returned. Even have a manager of takealot on whatsapp and I receive no feedback and no reply... I only want my Iron replaced asap...

09 Oct 2025, 10:54Takealot is completely ignoring me. I paid gor an iron, it broke. I sent it back and nothing... since 29 August I am trying to find out when I could expect my exchange. There is just no communication in any way.
