Bad customer service: delayed delivery

Been reading reviews on delivery, there seems to be a trend - address cannot be located. Despite my address not changing and numerous deliveries done at said address. Delivery was due 2/7 ,rescheduled for 4/7, after complaining and sending location , agreed to deliver 5/7. Only to get another message that address cannot be located. Your customer experience should be revisited, your current process is clearly not working .
