Bad Customer Service Delay in Delivery

<p>I order two books from Takealot on the 24/06/2017. The books have not been delivered by 25/07/2017. I have asked them to deliver the book they have in stock. Their response is that I should pay for the dispatch.</p> <p>I have argued that the delay is not on my end but their end .</p>
