Bad customer service

I called the call centre to arrange delivery time and the operator did log my request and also send me a sms. The driver still proceed to deliver ignoring my request and I had to wait for delivery a day after my request. The one operator said they cannot tell the driver what to. They have no control over their staff and inconvenience the customer. They expect the customer to wait the whole day at home for delivery although you made arrangements for a certain time. *********** employees and bad services.
