Bad customer service

Terrible service!!!!! I purchased a TV with a case of beer. When the announcement was made to stop the distribution of alcohol. Takealot had cancelled my entire order without consulting me and credited my account. The price of the TV has now increased and I ave emailed Takealot twice with no response at all. The phone line says they are available from a certain time to a certain time and the call is just cut. This service is just terrible!!!!!
