Bad customer service

Have been using this service for quite some time now. ND ALL I got was bad service. I order things I get it broken or it's cheap but I paid a high price. The customer service when I call are so bad. No empathy given. Now I need to return something and they say they don't come but sends me a msg saying they tried. No call nothing. This will be the 4th day now.
