Bad customer service by Takealot

I am unhappy about Takealot practices. Last month I bought a tv box ( Order ***) and when it was not working on my tv set I returned and requested that the cash is credited into my Takealot account for use later on for other purchases. However this has not been done. It is hard to contact Takealot directly since it uses AI that is not helpful. I need the credit to be in my account.
