Bad customer service

There are 2 items I ordered and paid for the 12th Aug 24. Both by the same supplier, take 5-7 shipping days to come an then they deliver. Right, I let time go by and here I see that item 1of2 has been shipped and will be out for delivery BUT NOT item 2of2...but it says the item that has not yet been shipped, shows it will be delivered by 23rd of Aug 2024..but it has not been shipped from the supplier. So now I'm wondering if they will refund me(which I'm not happy with, I just want my product) because I bought it on a sale price which means they will only give back my sale price money, but now the item is back to normal price but I already paid for it. It's both under the same order number and I don't want the delivery guy to only come with 1of2 items and not both..I just want my products!! That I rightfully paid for!!
