Bad customer service!

I have been emailing and I even phoned Takealot after really struggling to get through to them regarding a pair of sneakers they billed to my Mobicred account,t but I can't see the invoice for the sneakers anywhere on my Takealot account. I am not hearing back from them at all and in the meantime I have to go to gym with torn sneakers!!!
