bad customer service

Good day, I'm so deeply disappointed in Takealot customer service as purchase from them regularly. I recently did a purchase and I decided to cancel one of the items before it was shipped. the item was cancelled and I received an email that I was refunded the amount of the item only to see that it was not the full amount, this was not an issue as I did contact customer care and reported this, as of yet no body came back to me, no communication about my issue.
