Bad customer service

Shocking experience with Takealot!!! I ordered a few products with takealot about a month and a half ago. They took a long time to get back to me and when they did, they ensured that I get my items replaced as the items they sent were incorrect. They dishonest people! Instead of checking if the correct items were replaced before collecting the other items that were incorrect that they sent !! And that I had already for paid. They only sent one replacement so now I have to wait for another three months or who knows how much longer ?!!! I have asked several times for them to reply , they don’t get back to me for a refund for the one item replacement as I don’t want to deal with them again!!!
