Bad customer service

I ordered 3 items from Takealot & only 1 item was fine, the other 1 was incorrect while the other isn't there. Firstly I struggled to get them to deliver my order, they claimed that my address was missing whereas I had 3 orders delivered in that address before, now I phoned them 2 consecutive days to inform them about a missing item, all they said was that they'll send me a form via email; even now I haven't received any email or feedback regarding my missing item.
