Bad customer service at takealot.com

I made a purchase about 2 weeks ago which didn't get delivered at all(it was supposed to get delivered three days after it was ordered),I waited an aditional five days for it to arrive but to disappointment it still never arrive, I started to stress out because the order was quite expensive(about R5000) and no one from takealot had contacted me by then to inform me of any issues with the delivery,I then had to contact takealot at my own cost to find out what was happening ,I had to contact them several times before someone was able to help me out. I decided then to request for a refund as it was way passed the delivery date and I had wasted even more money in trying to contact takealot. The main thing im dissapointed in is the fact that no one from takealot had contacted me to say that there was an issue concerning my order and that I had to spent time and money chasing after them to get an answer.
