Bad customer service at Takealot

I have purchased alot of things at takeout and everything I buy there is always an issues or problem with the product. . Bought cup that was leaking. . Microwave wasn't working properly a day they sent another one which was also not working and another. Problem after problem. I just bought a Smart TV, they are telling me that the TV was delivered at the wrong courier facility and that my order will be delayed with 3 days. How is that my problem. I feel these people don't take their customers serious they take their customers for a joke.
