Bad customer service and unauthorized refund

I logged on to TAKEALOT.com and found an Avent blender on special. 99% off (screenshot available) and I bought it, a few hours later I was contacted by a TAKEALOT consultant to say it was a pricing error and they force refunded me, how is a pricing error my issue? Is this fair on the consumer? If it’s 99% off then the pricing was correct cause you can’t put both the discount percentage and price as an error unless I’m wrong ? Worse the refund was even filed on my behalf reason being “I have changed my mind” which I didn’t. I am very dissapointed at their service and this is needs to be attended to because the blender was on special and I bought it!
