Bad customer service and rude delivery guy!

I received a call from the delivery guy asking me about my whereabouts, to collect my parcel. Firstly the guy his rude, he doesn't embody professional, I went outside twice to collect my parcel he phoned second time around and network was not clear however I heard statement from him, " You can say if you do not want you parcel I will take it back to the whereabouts." Mind you first time I came out the delivery van was no where to be seen 😉 I then went back in the house to get my phone to call him that's when he call me the second time around with no clear network, second I did not like about the delivery guy he was phabing, talking over the phone while assisting another customer, I guess he was on a personal call because it did not sound like a work call, my parcels where scattered al***** the delivery truck, I waited for more than 5 minutes to get my parcel while his on his personal call. Third thing he did not even great 😒 🙄 😕 My overall experience for my delivery and customer service was bad! Please assist the guy with face to face engagement classes how to deal with customers, and IQ classes I bet he has anger issues. This my order number you can track who was assigned to deliver my parcels on the 28th *** All this was done by the driver because the were two guys in the truck.
