Bad Customer Service and Failing to Refund

They're the worst service provider when you're returning goods and requesting for a refund. I bought a TV from Takealot and when I unboxed the TV I realized it was a damage and logged a return the same day and the TV was collected the following day. 7 working days later ,I still have not received my refund and no update from Takealot. When I call their client service, I hold for more than 15 mins before someone could answer and when the person answer still puts you on hold for another 10 Mins.
