Bad customer service and dissapointment

My disgust and dissapointment with takealot is beyond me. I am so furious with their customer service.

I orderd from them on the 4th december and my order was supposed to be delivered today as per their app. 8 days later now they tell me after calling for almost a week wrt my order ,that my order will be delivered in the 18th meaning after 12 days from placing an order.

Today is our staff function how am i going to explain to my colleague that I dont have their gift.

Take a lot you have made a mokery out of me and I hope your incomprtent staff never experience how Im feeling today
