Bad customer service and delivery time frames

My boyfriend ordered some supplements order number ********** 0. The order took over 8 days to arrive at my work address, I then started getting sms that my order will be delayed but they di not specify the ETA. this continued for over 3 working days. I had sent a mail to follow up on what the delay was caused by but no one bothered to call me or give me a reply on the delay. On the Friday i requested they deliver at 12 PM exactly as i need to leave early and the order was going to Mpumalanga over the weekend. The order arrived in the afternoon and now i have to spend extra cash to courier the parcel as my Boyfriend had already left without the parcel. NO one has called me till today. I'm so disappointed as I am a loyal customer.
