Bad Customer Service and Courier Services

Hi everyone Takealot is very bad. I have placed an order 13 Dec 2022 and I am still waiting on my order. Their website under orders shows I am getting my order 28 Dec 2022 but today is the 29th. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. In the future I will rather look for another online shopping company that actually do what they say when they advertised everywhere that they deliver the next day not like Takealot that is just full of lies with false advertising and bad customer service. I will never use their service again.
