Bad customer service and bad attitude

The delivery guy by the name of katlego Ramohlale came to my work place to deliver as I knew I have parcel I ask him who he came to deliver to but he told me he want a confirmation first after he left the store and I ask my supervisor to go n check my phone and only to find out the it was my parcel,I called him when he come back I started to shout at me in front of customer and my colleagues,I was ****ed I told him to go with the parcel
