Bad customer service

I bought a smar****ch and a tripod with both a voucher and cash I return the watch as it was not compatible with iOS as promised and instead of giving me my cash I paid they giving me cash and coupon which I don’t it’s wrong how do they they decide to keep cash not a coupon.
