Bad customer service

Takealot customer service is terrible.

I ordered items with a delivery date of the 23rd.

On the 20th I got an SMS saying they are delivering and I requested that they reschedule back to the 23rd as I was away.

They confirmed that they had done so, they then proceeded to try deliver it on the 20th and 21st, followed by my order being cancelled by them.

Customer service didn't assist me and refuses to make it right.

I won't order from them again.
