Bad customer service

I bought a picnic mat at Takealot at Takealot on the 04th of October it was delivered on the 14th October unfortunately it didn't looked as advertised on the website when it arrived, colour looked faded therefore I returned it on the 17th October until today I'm still waiting for Takealot to refund my money. I have been calling them regarding my refund and they keep saying 24 hours until now I'm still waiting for my refund, I'm pretty sure this was my last order with Takealot because this is such an Inconvenience. order number ***
