Bad customer service

Hi There...my name is Refilwe. Placed an order for a cellphone at takealot and paid using my bank card and R500 coupon from my Absa account. Canceled the order because i wanted to change and reorder the cellphone, my money was credited but ever since i have been calling and enquiring about my R500 coupon and till now all that i got from their consultants Fayzel.S and Kiara.F is that they are escalating the query and will get back at me since the 2nd of June. I am so disappointed with the service.
