Bad customer service

I had an issue with my microwave so I requested a return they came for the microwave it's been 2weeks already they have not called to tell me if they replacing it.. a microwave is an essential in the home and I need it.. I tired all sorts of contact with them but they don't reply and their phone lines are off!!! .. I'm very angry at this point and will not purchase anything from them in future!!!!!!
