Bad Customer Service
I suppose i am not the only one to complain about the service from Takealot. For a business that was build on putting the customer first (probably the only first couple of years) it has now become apparent that customer service is out the door. They cancelled my order and advise that there is no stock, only for item to show in stock at double the price. Nice way of making money ..... Issue has still not been resolved and no response from any one. Sadly dissappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

20 Apr 2021, 10:04Got a call from from Takealot Team Leader advising that they will not honor the price that was displayed on the website. Reason being is that any item sold from a "Third Party" basically have nothing to do with them. Third Party sellers just use their platform for items to be sold and they take no responsibility for this. This means the matter has not been resolved. Also complaining about it on this platform "Hello Peter" is not any of their concern as they do not use this platform as a feedback tool.
