Bad customer service

I am extremely frustrated with the poor service I have received. My order, which I patiently waited two weeks for, has been cancelled without any explanation. I have been trying to reach your customer support team since last week, but none of my calls are being answered. This lack of communication and disregard for customers is unacceptable.Takealot does not care about their customers
