Bad customer service

zero customer service Order #***0 Ordered 18 May 2021Cancelled Placed an order on the 18 May 2021 as there was a special, issue between them and the bank. Nothing on my bank side and refered back to them. After the 4th up and down send details to them again for them to sort through their bank. Eventually I got my money back after 11 days. They said they will check if they can still do the special for me when the money is back in my account, the Special was gone and they had no interest in helping. Just a oh sorry lame ass apology. There are lots of other places I will spend my money and seems you guys are not interested. Since the complaint I've spent over R11k at all other places just for messing me around and giving a lame ass excuse.
