BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My last 3 orders with TakeAlot have been an absolute disappointment - I have spent 40k with them over the last 6 weeks and when calling to ask whether they could change a delivery address I was told that they would have to cancel and order (that is already delayed) and i have to reorder and wait an additional week for an item that they already took payment for on my account. A very smug Grant Alexander was not very helpful either and insisted that they could not help if the delivery was not in the same area! Customer service is pathetic and if people are spending large amounts of money with you, the least you can do is accommodate a request to change a delivery address to accommodate your delay!
