Bad customer service

I ordered something on the 21 November and delivery date showed the 29th November to date i haven't received my order, date on the courier keeps changing, no communication from them. No direct phone numbers.i keep calling customer service line and keep getting a new person who promises to call me back but nothing. I still haven't received my order
