Bad customer service

I made a purchase on the 24th of July 2024 and i received an sms stating that my goods will be delivered on the 29th even today no goods received, iv been calling doing follow ups with no positive response from the team. Track states that my goods were lost and i do not understand on how does that concern me from not receiving my goods...its been a week waiting for goods that i paid for.
