Bad customer service

Ive ordered a microwave after ordering i show my friend she was interested too then she ordered it too, to my surprise my friend order came before my order and we work in a same place same address up until now my order status have not yet changed it still saying to be delivered on the 4th of sep whereas the day its over it still says it will be delivered on the 4th im so ****ed
