Bad customer service

Im an very unhappy client my order was supposed to be delivered on the 1 june 2024 before 5 on my app and the tracking massage i received there was no update or reschedule done by the takealot team ive been calling them but with no luck cause the operator is busy i had to hold more then a hour.This is bad customer service from my point of view
