bad customer service

I place an order and paid on the 24th over 1.5k worth of products and they promised to deliver on the 27th today is the 28th the parcel is not shipped and no one is communicating with me on the delay, customer services keeps on saying they are escalating the matter i am gatval no more will you guys get a business from me, never ever again
