Bad Customer service

I emailed them requesting a copy of my invoice for the laptop I bought frm them in the 01/06/2020, I went to my invoices on my profile it was not there hence I asked them for help as I need to trade it in to get a new one but I was getting different responses even after I sent them proof from my statement that shows the transaction but till today they telling me they can't find my invoice right now I'm stuck with an old laptop that is super slow and I'm going to start classes soon.
