Bad customer service

We ordered a blue kids laptop and when it arrived it was pink, when ai phoned the same day as the delivery the operator said you will pick up and drop off the replacement on the sam day. You picked up the pink laptop and now you can only deliver the replacement after new years. I want this delivered by Monday on the 20th of December. It is a Christmas present.
