Bad customer service

Slowly but surely is kicking me out one day I'm going to stop to buy at this company and it will be for good since i ordered and they told me that I will get my order on the 29th july today is the 29th 23:27pm I'm still waiting for my order they said before 19:00 i don't know who's fooling who here anymore.
