Bad customer service

I bought 2 lead acid batteries from takealot.The batteries was not correct.I logged a call for a refund.We requested for an exchanged,but the consultant came back to advise that they don't have what we looking for so they will refund the amount.The guy fred from takealot came to collect the batteries.We gave him 2 batteries in the same box that it came in and his the same one that came to deliver the first time.We received a credit of R550 only.I logged a call to advise that i sent both batteries, but only see a refund for one battery.I then called spoke to meagan,she advise that she will log a call ,but the warehouse is close due to the looting in Johannesburg.I received an email stating that they spoke to the warehouse and the delivery guy only one battery was received.The photo shows how high the first battery is, but they saying only one was received yet he brought all 2 batteries in the same box,we gave back to him.My husband spoke to fred on tuesday he advise both batteries was received, but we need to call head office and they will call him and he will advise that 2 batteries was received from him.Now i received a email woth a photo that is not clear at all and advising only one was received and if we sent it back in another box.how can i send the batteries back in different boxers if they only came in one box.
