Bad customer service!

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Takealot. I ordered a few items which were supposed to be delivered on the 26th of November, then they said one of the items was damaged and they were going to be delivered on the 30th. Then they said my parcel was lost in transit. I finally cancelled my order with them on the 04th after calling them every day and being taken from pillar to post.
