Bad customer service

I returned a TV I bought on takealot as it was malfunctioning and needed repairs on August 2024. I am still waiting for them to return my TV till this day. They are the worst delivery company and I am glad Amazon is here now. Imagine paying for something and not getting it back. All the time we call them they will be saying they investigating and escalation. No first time resolution at all with this business. They should just close down and stop ****ming hard working South Africans
